Course and payment conditions
When signing up for a PD3 group course
When confirming these course and payment conditions, you also confirm that you, at the time of the course start, will be at B2-level (modul 5) or higher and that you are yourself responsible for signing up for the exam at the appropriate exam provider (a municipality language school) before the deadline for exam registration.
In case of lock-down due to Corona
In the event, that a class is no longer allowed to meet physically due to Corona the course will continue as an online course. The online tuition for these classes is to be considered as regular completed tuition regardless of whether the individual participant wishes to make use of this option or not. If online tuition is offered, any opportunity for compensation in the form of a refund or replacement tuition will be void. A lock-down or cancelation for other reasons than that of Corona will follow standard rules.
Transferring to another group
You will be able to transfer to another group, if you inform us that you wish to do so, no later than a week prior to the course start. Hereafter, your registration is binding. If you have started the course and it turns out that you not been enrolled at the appropriate level you can, in accordance with your teacher, be transferred to a different course within the same time period if there is a vacant spot in the group which you wish to join. If there is no vacant spot in the group which you wish to join, we will contact you right away.
Payment is due when you register. If your employer is paying for the course, we will issue an invoice which you will receive in an e-mail to the e-mail address which you have provided. Payment is then due as specified on the invoice.
Annulment and refunding
You can annul your registration up until a week before the course start. Hereafter, your registration is binding regardless of whether you attend or not. In case of an annulment of registration on your part and subsequent refund payment, we will charge an administration fee of 100 kr.
Changes in course location and teacher substitution as well as extension of course duration due to illness or the like does not entitle an annulment/refund.
Cancelation of courses
In the unlikely event, that we are not able to establish a scheduled group, Danskbureauet reserve the right to cancel the course. If that is the case, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. On our website, you will find information on how many participants the various groups hold as their maximum, the number of students needed for the course to be established and the number of lessons provided.
Right of cancelation
Courses which are purchased via our website are not covered by the right of cancelation (cf./see forbrugeraftalelovens § 18 stk. 2).
